I did good lol lost 2lbsExactly, anything is better than on and anything is goodI take Topiramate Topamax for my migraines which are weight gaining medication so I'm sort of waiting for my losses to tail off! I was told by my doctor when I started that it would take me years so I haven't done too badly! Good luck for today, I'm sure you'll do well

You have my sympathy on the migraines... I have the odd one but I used to have them a LOT and it made life miserable xx also on meds which mess with your weight

The tablets are a total lifesaver I don't know what I would do without them
I was quite easily bedridden for up to three days before! Not good at all :/Hope you've had a fab day!
