I never had the (I'm full) cut off switch either that I've finally began to master and it's all thanks to Mr Atkins!!

I agree, though I still haven't mastered the cut off switch it's only Atkins that keeps me where i am.

Thanks for your input in my diary Jo, I haven't compared Atkins and Dukan yet but I would think they are quite similar?
I will be picking your brains in time but for now I am back on Exante until I finish this lot and by then I will be in the 11's

Morning all and sorry about the lack of update due to me now being back on nights!!

So off to bed I go......fear not, I will put a full update on at some point this weekend!

On a positive note I booked a two week holiday in Oludeniz last night.....can't wait til August now..and have a focus for my ongoing weight loss, with all that heat and water I'm gonna have to get semi clad and I refuse to cover up like previous holidays that have left me feeling hot and miserable!

Turkish baths
Boat trips with moorings for swimming!
Mud baths....

God I've never needed to be that naked since birth!!

Determined to be another good stone or so down by then and the food is massively Atkins orientated, so with all my swimming and walking in the heat I shouldn't gain an awful lot either!

Holidays are a great incentive arent they - our holiday is also the BIL getting married so Im doubly motivated as there will be pics a plenty!
