dinner- liver & bacon, courgettes, sprouts and swede

snacks - crunchie 9.5 syns
pear and clementine 10g choc rice krispies 2 syns with fat frr natural yog
total syns= 11.5

Makes sense Val - nowt worse than hidden syns - if in doubt over-estimate rather than under!

Val I have Weetabix most days, and the rest of milk allowance in coffee. How do you get on with skimmed/ - I tried it briefly, but reverted to semi-skimmed.

Well done, Valerie! - you deserved that Crunchie! :p Actually, I was thinking of you this week when I popped into a Pound Shop and they had them 4 for £1 - very difficult to resist! Thankfully I don't have a sweet tooth though I do like a few squares of dark chocolate, they say it's good for the blood pressure, that's my excuse! :rolleyes:

hi champ i was looking through my subscribed posts earlier looking for u but couldn't find u :( don't know why. at the moment they have crunchies at my local shop 4 for a £1 they seem to be the only choc i can eat without starting me off on a binge i have got some dark chocolate in fridge but not over keen on it :yuk: good luck to all of u for ur next weigh ins x
