Just thought Id pop in and say hi. Its good to keep a diary, and when you have weeks where things may be a little slow on the losses you can back track to see why it was. Re the SF foods, I tend to struggle with that 1/3 plate rule, so I always have 2 pieces of fruit straight after a meal, or a ready mixed fresh fruit pack from supermarket.. just to keep that up. SW consultant said that was fine to do this and can be inc in the 1/3 plate as well.

hi nikki yes i'm the same i struggle to eat the sf food its ok if ur having a salad or meat and veg i have started having fruit if i have noodles or beans on toast as a lunch to make sure i'm getting my sf food have a good day val :)

hi donna hopefully i will have a good week it will be good to have a break glad u like pic i got fed up with long hair was like sleeping on a brillo pad lol over bleaching!! love it short so easy to do now, have a great weekend val x
 
:break_diet:hi guys just got back had brill week camp unkempt but lodge was great with lovely view over the estuary food wise was good all week till fri night then i don't know what happened ate 2 curly wurlies wildlife bar 3 shapers bars grab size pkt crisps and bag jelly babies felt sick yuk why did i do it after being so virtuous all week did lose a 1lb but will probably put it back on when i weigh next week gggrrrrr i am sooooo stupid i couldn't get the internet and really missed coming on here every day think it helps to have the support probably would have avoided the slip up, oh well will have to draw a line under it and start afresh. where do u guys live in essex? speak to u soon val xx
