L: Carbonara, with lots of green veg and leafy salad
D: Chicken marinated in hoi sin sauce on skewers, rice and salad
S: M&S Nutty Grain lunch pot
Fri 26th April
B: Beans on Toast, Pear
L: Rice with cold roast chicken and side salad
D: Grilled pork chop, cous cous mixed with cauliflower & spinach and a side of baked beans
S: Red wine, Milka chocolate, walkers sensations...
Sat 27th April
B: Rice Cakes with marmite, green tea - something light as I was going to play badminton
L: Quorn mince and bacon fried rice with mixed veg
D: Ate out - Assorted sushi... sake
S: Cheese & pickle sandwich. An apple and a banana.
Sun 28th April
B: Bacon and egg sandwich
L: Ate out Wahaca; Grilled Beef steak, coleslaw, diet coke
D: Tagliatelle with mussels in garlic sauce, and a starter of a dressed crab
S: Wholenut chocolate - 2 squares
Mon 29th April
B: Fruit salad; strawberries and blackberries mainly and a rice cake later on
L: 1/3 of Waitrose Quinoa and Bulgar wheat pouch mixed in with green beans, cucumber and cold roast chicken. Diet Coke
D: Take out 1/2 lamb saag with white rice and some chicken tikka. Natural yogurt.
S: Actimel, glass of milk. Probably ate about 3 or more rice cakes - plain - wanted something light just before badminton training.
Tues 30th April
B: Ham, cheese and spinach sandwich. Green tea
L: Lamb saag, rice and added lots more green veg; peas, green beans, sugar snap peas, cucumber and cherry tomatoes.
D: Veg stir fry, small portion of rice and 3 oven baked ribs marinated in hoi sin sauce.
