I didn't see anything I fancied, I was inspired by your denim skirt but I didn't see anything I liked. Bit strange seeing summer clothes in the shops when it's icy outside

Thanks DQ, I will get that short denim skirt lol.
My legs are absoluely buggered, we must have walked miles yest but I really am not used to it lol. I was going to start on the Angela Griffin exercise DVD today too So many of the shops have summer clothes already, freezing outside didn't make me feel summery I tell you hehe.
Started with day 1 of Beck today, 12 advantages so far written now onto day 2
My legs are absoluely buggered, we must have walked miles yest but I really am not used to it lol. I was going to start on the Angela Griffin exercise DVD today too

I suppose you can call this my AAM week lol. It is week 5 so it is allowed but I was only going to do Saturday with Sarah in Cardiff, but Sunday I had a chicken salad, ts Monday, last night a cheese omelette with smoked bacon and for brekkie today the rest of the smoked bacon (as no-one else in the house likes it) with scrambled egg.
That's enough for me and back to Ts from tomorrow. I don't expect much WI Friday but I do hope this has kick-started my losses from next week
I have today and tomorrow days off so I can get the water intake up and no nipping into yucky public conveniences!! I don't like peeing in my patient's houses every time either lol.
DH knew better than to get me chocs for Valentine's so he got me...nothing! Lol Ah well I have a new mantra on my fridge taken from Beck,
"As much as I want to eat this food and enjoy a moment or two of pleasure, losing weight is much more important to me. And seeing the look on my skinny sister's face next time I see her...priceless"

Glad ya still going strong Ali.... ive had a scale hop today (mid week one i always do) and this diet confuses me sometimes.. cos ive lost another 3lb since monday so thats 10lb in as many days which is high for me... And earlier in the weeks 2 n 3 i never lost 6lb combined in 14 days???? go figure that one eh lol...
Good luck for fridays WI huni cos AAM can sometimes give ya a fab loss xxx

I had a very bizarre experience at the weekend....
I had met up with some friends, one of whom had met my sister a few weeks ago.
My sister is skinny, and for some reason has always been jealous of me, and as such everything always has to be about her
Anyway, the friend that met her, said that she was very much a proud person, as she was showing off my picture that she took at xmas time
. My friend says that she showed no signs of self absortion. It is amazing how losing weight can alter the way others think

It is strange isn't it? She is younger, has always been much smaller but is always wanting to go one better in everything TV, car etc. I have got to the point I don't tell her when I get anything new as it doesn't bother me what she has. Jealousy is an amazing thing.
Like you said it is always about her, she never compliments me or my family and I wonder what she will say when she sees me in a couple of weeks a couple of stone less than the last time she saw me!
