LOL I think it takes ages for WI to come around!
Well going to have an other low point day today ... scales this morning were showing exactly the same as wi day last week which is fab news .... I really would be happy with half a pound this week, which means I'll get my 1.5 stone award.
Anyway the strawberries and litre of water I had after my fishfingers last night really filled me up, and I'm so proud of myself for not caving in and having Chinese!!
Today should be easier hopefully!
Breakfast - Big bowl Honey loops and skimmed milk - 5
Lunch - Jacket potato and beans - 6
Dinner - Chicken Caesar Salad - 8.5
And for dessert either a muller light, skinny cow lolly or mini solero - not sure what i'll fancy
