how did your time with maya go then? i did 30 mins lower body yesterday and it seems easier than 30 mins anything else.. i have however avoided cardio.. when she recommends it my hand seems to slip to another section oops?

hope you enjoy your barbeque today.. i will be checking in on you and Sha to make sure you havent gone over points!

p.s, if you get any fresh burgers / sausages from sainsburys counters.. they can tell you the 100g cals and sat. fat so you can work out the points xxx

Hi all

Hope everyone had a great weekend!

I almost went over my points on Saturday, went out for lunch and had Garlic bread, Risotto AND cheesecake ... but managed to only have 2 points for dinner, so I think the whole day worked out okay in the end.

Today, went to sis's for BBQ and had 13.5 points ... but also had a go on her Wii Fitness thingy and earned 4.5 aps

Total points for today is 23.5 of 26 (not counting the ap's)

Scales aren't being that kind to me at the moment, so hoping for a nice surprise tomorrow morning

Weekends aren't so bad ... but I do have a lot of points to play with

Scales were okay this morning ... when I eventually got them to work. I don't think they like steam so if I don't get in there before DH has his shower they're very temperamental ... I have to wave them around and was even contemplating drying them with my hairdryer this morning. Ended up being late for work lol

I'm on a course all day tomorrow, the instructor always brings in chocolates .. ut oh ... and I'm having to duck out of the course for an hour to attend another meeting which is being held in the bar next door and they're providing us with scones and tea .... gonna be fresh air pie for dinner lol
