I had meat kebab starter and then Beef Koftas in thick sauce ... basically meatballs in a spicy tomato, onion, garlic and chick pea sauce, it's good as I don't need rice with it. (Oh and half a Naan :D)

It was just what I needed :) Back on track today though and looking forward to doing some exercise this weekend!

hey Twigs, hope your day has gone well.. indian sounds lovely - i'm not a fan of anything other than lamb or chicken from indian though.. i'm even worse with chinese.. just chicken or vegetables! :p

Morning all

Just sneaking back in and not mentioning yesterday :D (apart from to say I saw Terminator and really enjoyed it)

Got up early today and have already done 30 mins with Maya - and will have a V low point day today :)

Inspired by Hazel I'm going to buy a large punnet of Strawberries to keep the pecking at bay :)

I hope the strawberries help you to ensure that you deal with being peckish and don't undo your good work so far. 6 stone to loose seems really daunting but you can and will do it, then how pleased will you be?

Well after a bumpy start to the week I've managed to reign myself in and am now back on track!

Food for today:

Breakfast - Crunchy nut cornflakes and milk - 4.5
Lunch - Chicken Escalope and Potato Gratin (has anyone had these yet? They're Tesco Healthy living - 3.5 for half the tray - I had the whole tray :D and was too much but lovely!!) 13
Snack - Strawberries - 0.5
Dinner - Quavers - 3
Snack - Muller light - 1.5

Total 22.5 (saving 3.5)
APs - 4 (Maya)



Just decided to go to Florida for holidays next year, and I am determined to be thin this time - I've been a few times before and the shopping is amazing - but fed up of always searching for plus sizes and not being able to buy what I want. Plus determined to fit into airplane seats better the next time I fly ... so that's a big motivation (Not that I need one at the moment!) Gonna go in September time, so a good 15 months away - should shed most of this blubber by then :D

We're having a movie afternoon today - saw 'He's just not that into you' earlier which was good and now watching the 3 back to the future movies back to back :D

Hi all

Having another good day today ... they had my fave cheese pasta bake in the cafe today, but stuck with my planned jacket spud :D

Also my Wii Active peripharals has arrived so I can start my 30 day challenge tonight!! (wonder if Maya will miss me?!)

now as for this wagon can you pop by and pick me up - I have fallen off and dont know how to get back on

I put on two pounds this week - and I thought I was being really good too - in fact I WAS being really good
