Been a bit AWOL the last couple of days ... busy busy busy
Had 2 miniature chocolates (malteasers and twix ... bit annoyed as they were 2 points each ) and then 2 small scones with jam in the meeting ... so am eating fresh air pie tonight - 0 points Which is hard has DH is sitting beside me eating sausage, chips, egg and beans YUM! But I must be punished for eating chocolate!!!!!
Not sure what tomorrow will bring ... I'll be praying to lose the 2lb I put on last week, but somehow don't think I've made it!
I have just managed to walk again with moaning and groaning after the Wii thingy - can't wait to get my own lol ... actually I have the game but as it was a copy gotta wait until Friday when they release the peripharals pack
Anyway - off to catch up on diaries and WI results!

Just back from WI ... lost 2.5lbs ... so that pesky birthday gain plus an extra half all gone
Really proud of myself for getting back on track ... actually surprised at how easy it was!
Been really busy at work ... got my teams appraisals this week so trying to prep for them as well as do my own work, plus an extra project I've got to do plus meetings meetings meetings .... but it's all good I love being busy ... just have to be stricter with myself to get on here more
I guess I'm getting used to the idea that I'm not one of these people that drop the big numbers ... but slowly slowly catchy monkey (what the hell does that mean anyway? lol)
I was going to say I'm having a 100% week this week, when I realised that's what I'm doing every week (barring Birthday week!) and I shouldn't be announcing it as somthing special ... I'm supposed to do 100% So this week I will aim to do at least 4 days of exercise ... hoping my peripharals pack for Wii active comes tomorrow so can start on the 30 day killer programme
