Is in the Zone
Hi all
Feeling a bit down this week .... my exercises haven't been going so well - I can only get about half way through before my calf muscles hurt so much I can't carry on ... I feel such a failure when I have to stop - that I think it's bringing me down
Anyway - been doing some research on the net today, and it seems it could be calf strain ... so I think I will give up on the running for a while and go back to walking up hill and using the bike. Thinking about it - calfs aren't built to have 18 stone of fat bounding down on them at such force
Am sticking to my diet, but finding it really hard this week, but will perservere.
Haven't posted much as don't want to share the gloom. Hopefully I can get my head round the fact that I'm not a failure and get back in the zone soon!
