I think I'm over the worst of feeling low. There's so much going on that I don't thunk I'm able to stay low for long (not a bad thing). I do have another busy day planned but already starting to focus again. How are you doing today?xx

Day 2! I'm already starting to get back into my motivated mood and looking to get myself through this first week. Yesterday went well despite finishing the day with a banging head but that's a small price to pay to start getting back on track.

With the possibility of moving in just 11 days, I really need to get off my backside and finish this sorting and packing, so today I am going to be on a mission. Hopefully keeping busy this week will see me through and then I'll be busy unpacking and sorting when we get to the other end lol.

My son is very much on my mind (as always) but I'm getting myself back into 'normal life' mode again and trying to look at the positives this year will bring to our family.

Getting into the 11's this week will be amazing, as I haven't seen them for about 2 yrs (haven't even been close tbh) and yet here I am after starting Exante just 7 wks ago.

All of you have been my rocks since starting Exante, not just for the journey but for everything and it makes such a difference with all the support, so thank you all :) xx

You have got so many positive things going on that you should feel great!
You are doing amazing with the diet, coped so well with food week, got back on track immediately, have a busy life, working nights and moving on top of all that....wow you should be proud of it all!! :)

Glad day 1 went well and i have no doubt you will have week 1 done and dusted easy enough too!!

Excited for you seeing the 11's :)

Day 2 going well so far. I've not had any packs yet but will have my first in a minute. I've been keeping myself busy today with the children and packing up some kitchen bits. I've just cooked them shepherd's pie, so I thought I'd escape for a few minutes while they are eating one of my favourite meals :)

I really need to finish sorting the stuff in the bedrooms but it's hard to do when I have my little gang around :) but as long as I can get a few bits done each day, then at least I'm getting closer to the end.

My body feels as though it's catching up with Exante again and I no longer have that 'fat' feeling from eating. I've not been feeling hungry as such, just a few tummy rumbles but nothing I can't handle. I made sure that the guys at work knew Saturday was the last day of my 'food week' just so that I would stay on the wagon, as they will take the mickey if they catch me eating when I shouldn't, so I knew them knowing I wasn't 'allowed' to eat would help me get through this week.

Oh well, I suppose I better crack on before starting work at 5pm, I hope you're all having a good day xx

So far it's steady in work tonight. I'll be a happy bunny if it stays like this as it keeps me occupied :) I think I'm going to be on here alot over the next week or so :) xx

Just half an hour to go :) looking forward to getting to bed. Day 2 has gone well, had a bit of a headache again but nothing major. Just really looking forward to getting to Sunday. I don't think I'm going to be able to stay off the scales on Sunday as I'm itching to see those 11's. I want to SEE them before I move and the only way I'll be sure is by weighing and I also don't want the thought of not knowing to throw me off track. Also, seeing the 11's will mean I'll have less than 2 stone to lose to get to my target, which won't seem so far away.

I'm planning on adding some exercise at the end of March when I stop working. I definitely want to get back into Zumba, as I loved it before and I know it tones me up well. I'm looking forward to having a bit of time to exercise properly, time isn't something I've had much of over the last 2 yrs.

My phone is about to die, so I shall catch up with you all tomorrow. Have a good night my lovelies xx

You are doing great with the exercise, I love readung what you've done. I love the pain after exercise as like you say, you know it's doing something. I won't be going to classes, I have a Zumba pack that I used to do and another Zumba pack that I bought from a friend but never used lol xx

Day 3! The plan for the day - to keep busy packing! Not really any different to most days in the last few weeks lol.

I've got up this morning feeling much stronger and ready to get through another TS day. I'm hoping that my desperation to be in the 11's before we move and the fact we should be moving in just 10 days is enough to keep me feeljng like this until then and by then the first week will be out of the way again and my strength will only be stronger. Maybe the 'dodgy' week was what I needed after all. I know it doesn't help everyone but for me it seems to have pushed me a bit. I am aiming to do 21 TS days at a time, so I allow myself food week if I need/want it. My 42 day run was a brilliant start but I have no intention of trying to beat my TS record each time as I think it'll just put me under extra pressure, so my reasoning is that if I can do 21 days at a time then I'll keep on track.

I feel emotionally stronger today and slowly starting to get back into my positive mood, after all, I have all my little ones to be grateful for every day and I know that some people have problems just trying to have 1 little one.

Here's to getting through another TS day. I hope you all have a great day ahead of you xx

Hey Twinkle, I'm only now catching up with diaries and just been reading yours. I'm so sorry you've had a tough time, my sister goes through it every year and although I cannot relate not being a mother, I see how much strength it takes to cope. My little niece has a place in all our lives, she is talked about and visited and laughs with us at family gatherings. And although it's so painful, it's also a little treasure in a way.

But look at you doing so well! You probably needed your time off, it's strange how going off plan can actually strengthen your resolve to get back on the horse and carry on with Exante. I'm really going to try and follow your lead Twinkle, you've been so amazing. So as you go along, from strength to strength, losing weight, you might see me in the distance following along when you turn around :)
