Have started doing juddd this week and have looked at the stickies and posts on here, they've been really helpful
Just 2 questions if someone could help me please? first is would it be ok to have 2 low days, 3 up days and 2 in between days (say 1200 cals) or does it have to be 3 down days? And now I've forgotten the 2nd question lol, will prob come back to me in a minute! Thanks x
