Why sat? what's hapening?

Was wi monday - lost 1/4lb. Ok with that. Won't lose this week i know that much - attacked the fruit bowl too much, been stress hungry and then was out for indian last night. Good choices but did have a slice of the chocolate cake i made. Making my peace with that this is forever though - it's more about making the right choices etc. Plus i've lots coming up now in aug and september - if i can maintain my weight i'll be doing well x

Haha i like that none were nice PMSL. I'm ok, weight still to-ing and fro-ing a little, expect balance of cd etc but i'm still happy with the choices so doing ok. Tough few months ahead though lots on. Just gotta try and stick to good choices x

Not good but my father in law had a stroke last week and I went off track.

Keep at it if u can at least u can eat! X

Poorly!! Put a bit of weight on. Just need a boost so going to have a go at slim and save with a low carb meal x

The Cambridge shakes were 4pp and the bars 4 or 5 for the chewy so I imagine they'd be similar x you just need to look for what you'd normally eat and find a better way of doing it. Or perhaps try something simple for breakfast (I love porridge and berries and only 3pp) and get a ww ready meal for lunch. Nice quick and convenient and low points leaving you plenty for tea? X
