It is hard. I am fat as anything right now. Struggling to do up my nice clothes. Gotta get back to it but still holiday and birthday tomorroq and v festival this weekend. I am back to it hard on Monday tho! No excuses. Currently tryin to figure out how I can add exercise in a way I will actually do it. Struggle fitting it in with kids. Could do local council gym for now straight from school but would cost £5 childcare each time. And that's only on the two days I don't have nephew. Could do before kids up but that means getting up at like 5am to go for a run as kids up at six. After bed time is just too late be half seven by times kids down and still have to eat an tidy up. Just so hard. Can't do when they up cause they just climb all over me. Sort of thinkin of getting a exercise bike so I can sit on after dinner whilst doing my Internet stuff etc? But don't want to waste money. I dont know :( so hard with small kids x
 
Are you on your own? Do you have a partner? Could you go in morning? Let him sort the kids?s

Get a exercise bike or treadmill and do it when kids in bed for just half an hour it will soon add up.

I'm in a pickle at the min. Really don't know what's best to do. Started Sns lost 6, just find it hard to continue. I have no belief I'm myself and give up quickly. Then I move on to Ww and it doesn't come off as quick so I get frustrated! Then I go back to vlcd then it goes in a circle. I'm so miserable as I don't get anywhere!!! X

Hubby but he pretty much out for work at seven and back at seven so kind of useless. That's what I'm thinking get something like a bike I just have to plonk on. Might hire one see how user on.

Thing with vlcd whilst they great is we become too dependent on them as a short term fix. We gotta fix the axtual issue which is where sw or ww are perfect. Make us address what we actually eat (except my holiday lol). We have to learn a healthy forever or we gonna be in the circle forever.

How much have you gotta lose? Im givin up the diet and returning to eating healthy I think ive been on a diet that long now I don't know how to cope with normal life so I need to find normal. A lesser normal for now whilst I lose a bit but a normal all the same. Something that's sustainable. Does that make sense? Plus my lo noticed last time I was on cd and I can't have them understanding my weight battle x
 
Makes perfect sense! I feel like I'm going round and round, doing mine and everyone else's head in!!! I'm getting suduced by the quick losses everyone but me has!! I have at least 5 stone to lose! Can this be done by eating healthy alone? X

had a blast - ate and drank much to much though!!! Trousers are much too tight but i am back to eating healthy and normal now. How are you getting on x

Well first week lost a pound, second week put a pound on!! That was yester and today I'm back to losing a pound!! Ive got a busy weekend coming up but trying to just stick to my points the rest of the time. Least you enjoyed it, just get back on x

Not going up though hun. You'll get there. Im cutting the carbs at the moment for a week or so to try and drop that bloat so I can fit in my clothes again. Still eating though. Important for family as little one really noticed last time. What you got on this weekend? I've so much at the moment it's crazy!! X
 
Hey!! I'm going to start writing my food diary to help me keeping track!! I've been busy too. I'm love carbs. Need to cut them down a little x

Hey!!

Yeah def makes you think. It was my anniversary yesterday so we went out for a meal. It was nice but I expected more as everyone raves about this restaurant. Service was slow and we were left without drinks. It was nice lovely, but I expected more after all the hype!!

Anyway I had-

Fish cakes which were homemade potatoe and that was nice!

Belly pork with these posh sliced potatoe. Now this is where I was disapointed it was just on its own no veg! So it was a thin sliced belly pork which was yum!! However very small and for 10 quid it was overpriced! It had a thin layer of rosemary sauce. Hubby picked better food, more substantial. They prob thought I didn't need it!!! Anyway off today with the kids and I'm fancying a roast for tea!! Being a Yorkshire lass its never too far from my menu!!!

Starting now. I will be good x
 
Well back in this big style!! 4 weeks till me Hol so hoping I can shift some at least!!

Breakfast- alpen porridge -4

Lunch- white bread cake with ham and Tom- 7
French fries 2

Snack- activia snack pot(5) with lots of fruit - 5
Milk for day 2

Flapjack, this wasn't in my plan but someone brought it in from work and it was homemade. 6?apple o

So far 24 and a grand 9 left for dinner! I have some chicken but fancy something spicy. Any suggestions??
 
Dinner- chicken, stir fry veg and cajun spices marinated in some veg stock with pitta bread. 8 points!!! Not enough for any choc tonight!!! More fruit then. One point spare!!!! X

That sounds like heaven. I'm unsure what to have tom. I like hearty food for my tea. Think I might make spag Bol or shep pie Tom. X

Around 7 Im like Zzzzzzzz
Then 10/11 I'm wide eyed
But always get into bed. Some day I might fall asleep early!
I always used to eat around this time so thats probably it! :p

I love a WW mag, haven't gotten one since June! :eek:

Anything good in it!?!?


Any plans for the weekend coming? x
