The Cambridge shakes were 4pp and the bars 4 or 5 for the chewy so I imagine they'd be similar x you just need to look for what you'd normally eat and find a better way of doing it. Or perhaps try something simple for breakfast (I love porridge and berries and only 3pp) and get a ww ready meal for lunch. Nice quick and convenient and low points leaving you plenty for tea? X

It's the control issues I struggle with. I gave just enjoyed a chicken prawns and rocket! Yumm! Just want to cut back and when I eat food I'm useless as I eat and eat!! X

And me. Evenings are worse. I seeks to have some ok days and some not. I have plenty of fruit in to snack on though and have made up some sugar free jellies and smoothie ice lollies so I've got something healthier to turn to x.

Your organised and that makes a difference. Plus you have done fab on Cambridge! I'm still stuck with all my weight so just want to get a couple of stone off and I think il feel better about myself and be much focused on Ww. Plus I might get organised enough doing Cambridge as il need something to occupy my time. Will still keep this going though. Slim and save do meals so my plan is to have shake, meal, low carb meal and bar!! Might seem a bit more realistic x

I just realised I have to be. It's when I'm not organised I end up in trouble? You have to do what's right for you hun. Cd was great for me x

They're pretty much the same thing. They say a stone per month on average. My losses were good for two to three months then would stall but that's just me others can go all the way to target on it xxx

Yeah doing ok. Still enjoying food. Sts last week but totm so not worried. Happy as long as it not going up lol. Glad you doing ok with s&s. Are you having evenin meals? C

Today I have had.

Truffle bar
Chicken and salad
Macaroni abs cheese with a but of broccoli.
2 litres of water and 4 cups of tea!! Head ache and so tired as i didn't sleep and did a 12 hour day x

I get headache first few days but normally from carb and caffine withdrawal. Keep going you're doing fine x

Lost 6 last week on slim and save! Gone a little hey wire this week with totm! No excuse though, just find everything dam diet do hard!! Been so busy in the house!! Nice to hear from you! X
