B: rhubarb and yogurt
L: veg soup, toast and turkey rashers with cheese; apple
D: oatbran porridge
Evening - copious gin, lime and sodas! 1.5 small brown rolls wity butter and ham; a lot of picky ham (gammon joint)
 
Sun 18 March, PPconso (Day 34 of 70)

B: smoked salmon; jelly
L: scrambled egg; turkey rashers; jelly
S: frozen yogurt, jelly
D: 2 chicken thighs; frozen yogurt
S: 2 chicken thighs; jelly; oatbran porridge
 
Mon 19 March, PV conso (Day 35 of 70)

B: yogurt and rhubarb
L: 1pc cheese on toast; 2 chicken thighs; jelly; apple
Gala Mothers Day meal: haggis creggans with oatcakes, steak and trimmings, toffee apple crumble woth custard, few mint chocs, 2 glasses rose wine
 
Tue 20 March, PV conso (Day 36 of 70)

B: oatbran porridge
D: 1pc wm toast, cheese, 2 turkey rashers, 2 chicken thighs; jelly; apple
S: yogurt and rhubarb (huge bowl)
S: half portion oatbran porridge
(kinda missed a meal cos was outall day - also 50% extra OB i know but forgot to have any the day before)
 
Weds 21 March - PV conso (day 37 of 70)

B: yogurt and rhubarb
L: 1pc wm bread, slice emmental, 2 turkey rashers, 2 eggs scrambled, asparagus
D: veg soup, 3 chicken thighs; jelly, yogurt
S: oatbran porridge; apple

B: yogurt and rhubarb
L: 1pc wm bread, slice emmental, 2 turkey rashers, 2 eggs hard boiled, asparagus
D: veg soup, 3 chicken thighs; jelly, apple
S: oatbran porridge; hot choc
