Very Hungry Caterpillar turns butterfly! (mostly green and extra easy)

I make a cinnamon french toast for breakfast one day a week, I feel so decadent eating it with fresh strawbs or rasps on the side. ;D I substitute maple syrup 2syns for honey, as I prefer the taste.

I prefer syrup too! in the end we had no honey in the house so I had a teaspoon of jam on it but I also put some splenda into the egg-mixture. Do you have a food diary? xx

Today has gone a bit off track! So far I have had no superfree whatsoever- think I should have some vegetable soup and an orange soon!

Brunch:
Cinammon French toast (HE-B-1) with a little jam (2 syns). A glass of skimmed milk with cinammon (HE-A-1)

Snacks: Mars ice cream (6.5) and highlights (2), Soup (3) and a roll (HE-B-2)

Dinner: Toad-in-the-hole (one Linda McCartney sausage, lots of Yorkshire pudding frylighted) with 1/3 plate of peas and gravy and potato wedges- yum!

Lost the plot!: 2 more Mars ice creams! (13 syns), mousse, and a meringue

1740 calories (29ww)
Over 26 syns- which is not!

Exercise: Jog for 20 minutes and walk for 25 minutes
xx

Aww poor you, hope it seems to go quickly today! The charity walk sounds fun! is it a late night one?

Thanks I'll ignore my treats yesterday lol! I haven't felt like eating until now so I think I might make Cinammon french toast into brunch instead and have a couple of pieces for my 2 healthy Bs.

Hope you have a good day xx

Yeah Hun its at midnight !! X

Had an ok day in work food went off track !!

That sounds fun! I'd like to do a midnight walk. I managed to get my brother to come jogging with me today and it was quite fun.

I've gone off track today too! had a Mars ice cream and half a rocky road so I've already gone over my syns but I really want to eat a Thornton's bar that I've got! all the 'It's Friday, and you're allowed to eat loads at the weekend' excuses are flying into my head but I do want to lose on Wednesday so maybe I should keep the choc bar til tomorrow.

Just gonna have a look at your food diary :)

Oh so lunch turned into baked potato with tuna in the end and I had spaghetti carbonara made with facon for tea which was yummy and almost completely free but I can't help thinking about it's calorie load (which is high!)
xx

I've had a couple of days off plan so I'll start again today!

I weighed myself this morning and I'm 1lb and a quarter heavier than I was at weigh-in but some of that is hormone-related water retention. I'm also very tired today so only just managed to motivate myself enough to jog for a bit this morning and feel very hungry!

Green
Breakfast: Egg on two pieces of toast (HE-B x 2)
Lunch: Baked potato with baked beans. Bowl of soup (2 syns) and bread (5 syns)
Dinner: Dad is cooking tonight so I'll see!

** Update: bad move, went to cafe with family and had a bag of crisps (6 syns?) and 1/3rd of a bottle of apple juice! (2 syns) then got home and decided that I had ruined the day so had 2 pieces of galaxy chocolate (4 syns?) and a mug of highlights (2 syns!).

So glad tomorrow is the start of a new week! Let's just see if I can do damage control by not snacking or binging after dinner! Totm doesn't help dieting very much!

xx

Ah I hope so! I think that I'm going to aim to stay the same because I lost the plot tonight and had ice cream with syrup, apple pie and 2 choc bars! Hope you had a nice weekend xx

Aw yeah they definitely do! I'm looking for a weekend job for the university break at the moment but having to be full-time carer for my Gran is pretty tiring during the week! (she has dementia and medical problems). I love the weekends :) Did the midnight walk go well?

I had a good weekend, spent Saturday over with my baby neighbours who are 5, 3 and 3 months- the 3 year old was dressed as spiderman and fell asleep on my arm leaving face paint on my jumper- was very cute! and I went out with friends in the evening. Then yesterday we took my Gran to a national trust place and went to the cafe- which was where my diet-blip started with a bag of crisps!!

Have a lovely day today! It's very rainy here, hope it's not where you are!

Today

Breakfast: A piece of toast (HE-B-1) with flora, a coffee and an apple
Lunch: A bowl of weight watcher's soup (3 syns) and a banana
Dinner: Not sure yet!

Sounds fun! I really want to find a midnight walk near where I live. Yeah you've done well today- just looked at your diary!

I know I've put on because I weighed myself but I'm trying to do the best I can from now on- my syn intake today was atrocious but I'm sure some of it went with the exercise. I'm considering missing group this week because I'm retaining water and have had to many syns!

Good luck for Wednesday :)
