Aww, that's such a lovely thing to hear. It's so so nice to hear you happy.

And, because I'm a Japanese geek - teppanyaki is a style of cooking as Vicky described. Teppan means iron pan and yaki means fried so the style is just 'fried in an iron pan'. Like tamago = egg so tamagoyaki = fried egg (though also omelette, which is fried when you think about it).

The restaurant Vicky went to was called hanahana which I suspect means flowerflower although Hana has lots of meanings depending on the kanji used so it could have meant nose-flower wagamama which is quite a well known chain means selfish or self centered.

another lb down this morning - wtf!!! im not complaining though im just pleased that im managing to keep this weight off and dont actually want to be bad. This low carb is under my skin and at this time im not tempted to have carb major overload again!!!!
