No Mr T yesterday its his kids day x Teppanyaki is where you get to watch the chef cook all your food in front of you on a big flat fryer. atkins heaven (i skipped the rice course) the fish and steak and pork were divine and was great fun watching the chef.
celebs - footballers (i got told i have no idea lol)
1. something lbs down over the weekend?? WTF!!!
B - scrambled eggs and smoked salmon
L - lamb shoulder rocket salad, cucumber, tomato and blue cheese
D - salmon with boursin, scallops and salad as above

Hello We go to a buffet in Spain that cooks in front of you like that. Thats fab for Atkins too as you choose your raw ingredients and just hand it over to be cooked and anything goes, they don't judge your weird tastes - well not in English anyway lol.
How ironic that Mr T got his kids on Mothers Day haha.

Mmmm that sounds lovely hun. Its very similar but they use different ingreadients. Im hoping that it will really work for me as its all laid out and shopping list is done. Mark said if hes home he will eat it too so ive just doubled the list. Its huge!!!! An a5 notebook and its 2 and half sides! lol. My trolley will be full just hope i have enough room in my fridges to store it all

The only fat i can see is from oliver oil a little butter and the cheese. Everything else is veg and meat. Oh not forgetting the cream too. Its £22.40 for 8wks. I paid then they sent me confirmation for £30 something so i looked over it and they had charged me £8 for fitness. You can pay a £1 per week for fitness instruction. I cancelled mine and got a refund on it. They have got a team of mentors i can contact anytime too by e mail, fax or phone. Not sure i'll need to though. All the recipes and shopping lists are printable but my printer wont work with my new laptop!
