scales 4lb down this morning so lost 4 of my 7 gain in one day! Its all water isnt it LOL. fingers and paws crossed it keeps going as im being good this week!
Went to Iceland last night and found loads of low carb stuff (on the low carb shopping thread) and im so kind ive put all the info on fitnesspal too so anyone can use them.
Got stinking headache and feel pants - i feel better when i have alcohol the night before LOL.
B - egg and cress mayo
L - salmon fillet with salad (lettuce, tomato cucumber) and home made guacamole and mayo
D - BBQ so will be burgers and kebabs from iceland along with coleslaw and stuff
S - anything from my drawer (nuts , pepperami, atkins bars, scratchings)
A - nope
W - yes aiming for another 3-4 litres
Ex - hoovering
and dog walk if the weather holds up
