Am at my lowest this morning so lb down from last week ( but had gained half) but am having take out tonight. Seem to do bbetter when I have more than one treat day at the weekend.

Your mini goals are clever actually and I really should do the same... at the moment though I'm just winging it, eyeing Easter cautiously and then my birthday next weekend. Then I'll be four weeks from a beach type holiday so... I'm thinking that these upcoming holidays are helping keeping things in check for us so - there's no way round it - we have to plan such holidays regularly throughout the year!
As for weight, shape and size, if things weren't complicated enough without the shops making things worse by not using the same measurements for things! I'm now sneaking into some of my smaller 14s yet some 12s don't come beyond my knees (not kidding!).

I was 151.6 yesterday and went to try on some new work trousers at matalan and the 14s are baggy and the 12s a little too tight for my liking. What to do?
Chinese was lovely but yet again I fell asleep on the sofa !!!
