Vics diary

Mine's a Nespresso. Love it even now that I'm off the caffeine - the decaff is nice too. I found my Easter egg and choc treats on MFP so feel less guilty now. Booze I rarely bother with! Good luck at Ikea. I went once on a bank holiday and remember it still... ahhhh!
 
Ha ha Thanks Jo!!!! Still I'm hoping my mum will be kind and ourchae me some lovely new coffee cups I fancy the glass ones.

Morning. Am so tired ! Diet didn't go to plan yesterday either ended up having cheese sarnies!

Whats up? too much/little sleep? Hows your motivation for the gym? mines gone this week, I think its when I don't go on a Monday I don't feel like it for the rest of the week. Weird.
 
I don't feel as bad as yesterday !
Terribly unmotivated Sam I'm thinking no amount of exercise over the next 3 weeks is going to change me that much so why bother ;) craving lots of food not anything in particular just huge amounts ! X

Yes that's a good idea I might Google some to download. Ok I've got my bag packed so I'm going to stay back at work for a bit tomorrow then go to body pump x
 
Any recommendations for dvds? I like to stay standing up, prancing around, and not end up exercising on the floor. Any suggestions?

It's true that straight after work or first thing in the morning are good times to go. Once I get home, I never want to go back out.

My dvds are all hardcore jumping around. You can download some Jo x I dont know Sam I'm fed up with myself we were doing amazing too!!! My friend has asked me to go to a class at six am tomorrow it's only two mins away but I dunno, it's so early x
 
I'm going to go to body pump straight after work. I have so much to do anyway will do me good to stay back an hour then I'll go straight to gym xxx
