Weapons of mass reduction

hiya girlies- sorry ive not been around much, life as always has been hectic!!

been a bit bad this week and heading for a gain- but that's ok- whatever i gain tomorrow will be gone plus the extra 2lb to take me to target :)

booked another holiday- going in 15 weeks today to Lanzarote :) going with the friend i went to Majorca with- so excited!!! gives me some time to maintain and sort my head out before we go!1

hope you're all ok- good luck to the tuesday weighers (and well done Jayde- great loss!!!) xx

Aww we must do a catch up hunni, I am so pleased you sorted it out with your friend, I bet it was something and nothing like I said lol

I know you will do just fine sweetie, even if you gain you will definitely get it off by next week.

Happy birthday katie, Hope u had a lovely day. sounds like u and hubby had a wonderful weekend.

Can't believe your daughter had such a terrible experience lily I really don't know what it is with doctors receptionist they have a tough job I know but at our surgery they can be so full of their own self importance. I had a word with the practice manager in the end, tbh she was very sort of closed ranks but I felt better for it, I work in the nhs myself so I know it can be tough at times but I also know how to speak to people properly and I don't think i was asking for anything too much so think her response was just rude.

Know what you mean Jo, I didn't work in NHS but did work in an elderly residential home and sometimes you just need to have a bit of manners really...Kelly went directly to the doctor and not the practice manager as like your one they tend to close ranks too xxx

It's another wet and dreary day here in London, been raining solidly for over 36 hours now and no signs of it letting up either, going by the look of the sky it's here for the day :(

Good to hear you're on the mend HBF, not heard of the vitamin tablet but will eb interested to know what it is if you remember/find out what it is and good luck for your shopping trip lol...I tend to shop on a daily basis these days as I find I actually spend less over the week that way, just buy what I need for that day.

Morning all!

Another p*ss wet through day here on the not so sunny Isle of Wight lol.

Had a really good day food wise yesterday ( it's all on my diary if anyone is that interested!) Very low carb but with Hex's and no syns. Unfortunately didn't get any exercise in due to work and weather.

Today will be the same, a very low carb red day with lots of water.

I've got people round for dinner tomorrow and was supposed to be doing a BBQ, the weather doesn't bode well for that so might have to get the books out tonight and plan something else that's delicious and SW friendly :cool:

Right I best crack on with some work :rolleyes:
 
Morning all...again lol....Kath :fingerscrossed: for the BBQ, but if not I am certain you'll come up with something equally scrumptious, the weather forecast for Wednesday and Thursday is supposed to be dry and sunny, I personally won't hold my breath :giggle:
but and shhhhh I am whispering ... Mal just called me to the front door and said look look ...all excited like, so I was standing there looking and I couldn't see ...then he said aren't you excited ...it's stopped raining (we have had constant rain for the last 36 hours)...I did laugh but he's right, almost feel like getting my bikini out :8855: xxx
