Wedding body in the making!

So had a lovely PV day but my god I'm suffering now with bad tummy, not eaten anything I shouldn't just lots of veggies and a few jalapeños! But not enough to warrant the pain! Sorry TMI I know but I'm starting to worry a bit, since I came back onto dukan and low carb I've really struggled with bad stomach! Anyone have any idea or is it just a case of this is actual more normal then what was happening before when I ate unhealthy and didn't go much?!
Anyway not bothering with any parsnip crisps and will leave my mug cake during bake off!
More importantly for all the veggie crisp lovers marks and spencer have started to sell kale and beetroot crisps, there amazing and very low carb not 100% dukan but good for a treat!! Xx

Last PP day before weigh in tomorrow and i have jeans on that if i walk too fast they fall down! score!

Dinner, Sliced meats and fish
Dont think ill bother with my run tonight as ive found i weigh more when i exercise the night before weigh in!

So made it through my last PP day and up to this morning hadn't lost anything as the 1lb it showed off had gone back on, I've not felt like I've done dukan properly this week which is odd because I haven't cheated just don't feel very healthy! Anyway I'll just have to suck it up if I haven't lost tomorrow and in perspective I only have a stone to go to get back to my lowest weight, I've then got 6 months to get to wedding weight! Anyway I'm off to go to bed, early to spin tomorrow and will update weigh in then!

So I've managed to loose 2lbs overnight lol and I'm still gutted! I really really really wanted to see an 11! And I'm only a 1lb away from 2 stone!
Lol anyway I'm not sulking and get to eat lots of nice stuff today!
Off to the gym at 7.30 for my run then 8am spin class! Phew I think I'll need a sit down after that!

just catching up with your diary. Jeans that fall down when I walk too fast!! Fantastic! Sorry you've been having tummy problems lately.my tummy seems to be better in dukan (as I've found out lately) so it's probably your body adjusting to everything...you will smash that 11 soon enough!!!!

On it today!! Food been perfect and just got back from 3k run and spin which nearly killed me, doing tea now and feel great and quite slim tonight! Yehhhhh xxx

No run or gym tonight I want an early tea and telly and I'm there 5 times already this week so can forgo a night! Everyone at work was complimenting me today which is really helping to spur me on! Only 1 stone left till my first target weight, have decided to only do another half a stone for the wedding which will make me lowest weight in 10 years!! Xx
 
You are on a roll!! Amazing! Running and spinning too!! I could almost smell that beef and veg dish... I must get some slow cooking done too as this colder weather is upon us. There's nothing better than having the house smell of lovely warm food :) I have been a devout salad eater since this Spring, as I so love to crunch (second time I've posted about crunch this morning) but I admit that salad twice a day just isn't going to happen in the winter!
You are doing brilliantly. Like you, I keep dropping my target weight, but we'll know when we're there!! Good luck x

Well gym and run done and it's getting easier yippee still can't imagine running 5k but I still have a few weeks left!

Cheeky weigh in failed! FFS! will i ever see an 11! they have shot back up but im not changing my weight as im going to do 2 really strict PP days tomorrow and Friday and hope for the best! it cant be a true weight gain as im not eating enough to gain weight! Anyway PV day today to save my sanity!
