Wedding body in the making!

So run done and I was running constantly for 5 mins at a time, was actually ok and I got through it with not much panting. Made a lovely dinner of meatball and sprout stir fry thing! It's yum! My best friend and bridesmaid has decided she doesn't want to talk to me anymore, and won't answer my calls or texts or tell me why, now I'm upset but she's let me down so much over the years that I'm not surprised, now usually I would of consoled myself with food but I didn't I went for a run, for me this is massive as it hopefully shows in getting over my issues with food, I haven't binged now for 9 weeks! Record! Anyway I can't do anymore with her and I'm not begging! Don't need people like that!
Off to have a shower and get in front of the telly! Xxxx

PV day today then 3 PP days from tomorrow
L, last nights tea of meatballs and sprouts with bacon
D, Chicken and salad to use up all my veg

Meatballs & sprouts?? Never put them together but I love meatballs & sprouts, but will give it a try!! Well done on the running!! Total respect for anyone who runs...I have really bad lower back problems, so can't run anymore...so I do 40 mins on the treadmill on 8 gradient & I burn 300 calories and it saves my back...I should go back to the chiropractor but always find excuses to spend my money on better things...do you road run? Or on the tread? Xx

Lol I wouldn't say I run yet, I'm week 5 into couch to 5k and the most im running is 8 mins at a time, it's getting easier but I can't say I enjoy it! I'm in the gym on the treadmill at the mo but the plan is to run outside next year( I live in harrogate which has so much grass to run on)
I'm impressed with your hill walks! I hate them!!

Ha ha...I like you're style re meatballs!!! Well done on the running though...lol about non enjoying it!! It's supposed to get addictive, but I've NEVER reached the addictive stage when it comes to running!

So food been fine but no tea just a whole parsnip! Lol thought I best get my hit before my PP days start!
Run was marginally better but still boring lol!
Off to put my electric blanket on and take a magazine to bed! Rock and roll!! Xx
 
So the beginning of my 3 PP days which I'm hoping will be easy peasy as OH goes away tomorrow night and I'm usually less bothered about food when he's not here!
So plan for today...
B yogurt
L pack of prawns or breasola or both!
D eggs of some kind
Wednesday! All downhill after today!! Xx
 
So up to know I've managed to stick to being good! But! I want some badness! A pizza, some chocolate anything, I've got awful PMT and I don't know how to get through it unscathed!!
 
Oh no..nothing worse!! Choc mug cake? Chewing gum? Sugar free sweets? Beating the hell out of a pillow? Xx
 
It's done! I'm having a day off! I need it and I swear it will be one day and I'll be back on tomorrow! PMT sucks but I actually don't feel that bad about eating bad stuff because I'll be right back on tomorrow! Xx
 
I had a brownie for dinner, your not alone...order a dominos thin base, veggie topping. Will satisfy you better than chocolate! Dr dukan says if you cheat just add an extra pp day which your doing loads of any way so I can't see it doing much if any damage! Enjoy xx
 
Good choice...it's no good wrestling with yourself...when you've made the choice to have a day off then you can get on with it...you have been so amazing you deserve a day off spesh with pmt...enjoy!! Xx
 
Well it's done and I don't think it'll happen again for a while! Feel crap and the food wasn't even that good! Oh well downwards hopefully for the rest of the week! So bloated with totm and the food so PPing might help me tomorrow if my cravings don't take over!!

Awwww sorry you feel crap spesh after your time out food :( remember it's not about falling off the wagon...it's about getting back on it!! If it makes you feel better, I had a perfect day, perfect food, then I was about to thrown my boys chips from the fish shop in the bin after he had finished, gave most to the dog, then there where about 6 left, about to throw them in the recycling & decided to have one last smell...mistake...big mistake....I thought, just one, for the taste, then ruddy scoffed all of them...why????

Now we all know what happened yesterday which I know was bad BUT I do feel I had a break through because I didn't binge, I barely even finished anything, kind of tried it and then left it! This is a massive step for me as 9 weeks ago you wouldn't of seen me through the crumbs! I just hope it lasts and I never go back to binging like that I used to again!
Anyway OH goes to Germany tonight and i want to look amazing when he gets back so I'm on it with the exercise for the next few days!
