Determined to succeed!
Ok... did my 1st week weigh in this morning... only lost 2.5lbs, so I'm a bit fed up. I know it would count as a good loss on normal diets, but for a first week on Atkins it's not great - especially seeing as earlier in the week I was around 2lbs lighter than I am today so I'm a bit 'meh' about it all. Plus the fact I'm on day 8 and still not in ketosis.
