Just popping in to say hello! Glad you had a lovely Christmas and I am sure whatever naughtiness creeps on over the festive season/birthday, that you'll get right back on with it into January. You're too good to let things slide

hi Mo, sounds like you had a lovely christmas - we did too and I was very naughty food wise but not to worry we are still here and that is the main thing - happy new year!

Just back from the dentist ~ part of a filling fell out, probably with all the crap that I have been eating. Had a quick nosey in the shops but bought nothing except some groceries and the new SW mag so looking forward to reading that. I also plan to sit down and write down my new targets and resolutions for 2010, have my new diary organiser at the ready!

Just about to go and get ready for a party tonight but tbh I would love to be sitting in. I'm not a big fan of NYE. Won't be having much booze either as I want to take down the decorations tomorrow and start on de-cluttering and cleaning my house. Call me sad but I am looking forward to doing this! I am going to be ruthless. Going shopping on Saturday then out at night for my birthday meal! We are going to see Avatar on Sunday and as this will be the last day for socialising for awhile (I hope!), we are going to get an indian takeaway. It's back to routine on Monday :cry:

Had a very quiet day to-day, I seem to be very low in energy, didn't get to bed until 3am. I feel so sluggish, tbh I think all the unhealthy food and alcohol I have been having lately is flaring up my Crohn's, I have awful tummy pains today.
I did manage to take down the majority of my decorations today, will do the rest on Sunday.
So I'm 39 tomorrow my last birthday in my thirties, still it's a good reason to get to target this year, I do not want to be fat and forty! Thing is I still think I am in my 20's!! Plan for tomorrow is shopping on my own, will stop off at my fave cafe for lunch and then going out with my family for a meal at night. Think I will go for something different, burger and chips sounds good! Hope everyone has a good weekend! xx
