Thanks ladies,
I really must stop having SP's and like you say lil sis, focus on how I am feeling. Feeling so virtuous today after not eating all those lovely treats that where laid on for the auditor and the audit team (including me). Have to hold on to that today as well as there was plenty left over which normally ends up on our desks in the office.
Slept like a baby last night. Was so tired though and even though I am up, washed and dressed for work this morning I still feel like a zombie.
Anyway before bed last night I had my HexA in the form of 3 babybel lights (something my cat has taken a liking too so we have to share now), my curly wurly and hoops and crosses which is my total 15syns. Still sticking to 15 as of yet, with so much weight to loose I want to make the journey as easy as possible so a daily treat does just that.
Today I am taking 2 alpen lights and an apple instead of just one. I am so hungry this morning and hope having two will give me that sweet fix and motivation to avoid nibbles at work. Then I have my ham and crabstick salad with 1 syn of salad cream for lunch.
Oh and tomorrow will be one month in to sw with only one slip up and NO bread at all which is amazing as that was one of my big weaknesses.
Tomorrow is weigh in day, and like you say lil sis (Kt-Jane) it might be im toning up so luckily tomorrow is also my fortnightly measurements day.
