B: Sausage, egg and bacon, 2 of each this morning.
L: We have something on at work so it won't be legal or healthy.
D: Pork loin steaks with onion gravy and steamed veggies.
B: Left over lamb joint with fried eggs and onions.
L: The Cafe as usual.
D: I'm going to mince up the remaining lamb with some onion and make rissoles,.
B - apple and few grapes..slept in so just grabbed them as i left for work lol
L - chicken and mushroom pasta n sauce (i could live on the stuff lol ) mullerlight toffee yoghurt and tayto advantages
D - not 2 sure yet but maybe SW chips, chicken and beans
am a picky eater when it comes to vegetables and stuff so dont eat enough of them
1 scrambled egg - 5:30 am
handful of nuts - 2 pm
choc cake - 6 pm
some cooked prawns
5 olives
2 slices cheese
3 pieces cooked chicken...
Not at all healthy....about 50 grammes of carbs I think....
It was my daughters birthday cake, I avoided all the other stuff such as sausage rolls, doritos etc.....I hope so much I don't put on because of this....
Oh dear, do you find different carbs effect you differently? I had a dish a while ago that had breadcrumbs on it, these were not clearly visible (with grated parmesan) however I felt bloated later on that day...however the choc cake had no effect whatsoever on me....seems strange...I know a chip buttie (which I used to love) would always make me feel really bloated and generally yuck...
