I found the sticky info really helpful when i first started.
Jim, our resident Atkins expert recommends keeping it green and clean for the induction phase of the plan and i can't say i disagree. Try to stick to meat, cheese, eggs, butter, cream and green leafy salad and veg for the first two weeks and you will almost certainly lose and get off to a great start!
