Hi, thanks all it is lovely to be back. Only been doing this for two days and the scales have dropped 4lb, must be all water as i spent most of yesterday popping to the loo..lol
Yesterday's menu
B: Scrambled eggs and bacon
L: Burger grilled with cheese and salad
D: Mim with butter and cream cheese and cue...didn't like the mim very much tasted eggy, do I have to put an egg in the mix?
Snacks: boiled egg, 2 slices ham & celery, 1/2 of a atkins choc bar (1 carb)
Today's menu
B: Grilled bacon & fried eggs
L: Brie and ham salad
D: 2 lamb chops roasted, cauliflower and broccoli, maybe make a little sauce with the lamb pan juices,water and a little cream
Snacks: none so far but I do have some sf jelly and cream at the ready.
