What are we eating today?

Rela.. you have done well.. 5 weeks is brilliant! I have cheated far more than that im sorry to say.

Today:
B: Atkins Bar
S: 1.5 boots wafers, slice of cheese
L: 3 eggs scrambled w/ cheese, peppers, spring onion, tomato, bacon, mushroom and some no sugar ketchup
T: Need to go shopping, but planning on pork mince burgers with salad.

(didnt get up until 11.30 how very lazy !!!)
brunch ;2 low carb pancakes
scrambled egg and 2 bacon.decaf coffee and cream.
dinner;roast chicken and beef , some broccoli , cauliflower and cabbage and bacon , lovely !!! especially as i didnt cook :0)

Too many carbs to be put in here but the three egg omellette and the crackerbreads for brekkie were yummy...my training is sooo much better with the extra carbs...

brekki;flax bread fingers with butter and 2 boiled eggs.
decaf coffee with cream.
lunch;chicken ceasar salad and sf jelly
snack ;couple of mini baby bell
dinner;out to dinner so had a feast (low carb)
starter of king prawns in garlic and butter. main of fillet steak topped with pate and parma ham with carrot and broccoli , feels so lovely to have a lush meal with no real guilt ,
2 glasses of red wine . xxxx

Good Morning

B: Left over roast beef from yesterday and some heated over celeriac.

L: I'll be off to the Cafe

D: We still have loads of roast beef. I might have a salad with that, not sure yet.
 
B omelette with prawns
L on the road so prawns and beef in a Tupperware dish!
D either chicken or pork chops, oh the choice!
 
I'm a big fat cheater and boy was I punished for it. Stupidly though a little (ah-hem massive!!) piece of sticky toffee pudding with baileys ice cream for valentines wouldn't be that bad!! How wrong can a girl be, belly bloated to the size of an 8 months pregnant lady and felt like I had a massive monster doing somersaults in it for the evening and had to go to bed feeling miserable. Bf was not too happy! Woops!

Back on track now and have learnt my lesson! Breakfast was two boiled eggs, pea & ham soup for lunch and think I'm going to have steak for tea. Xx
 
B - line of boots choc
L - Salad & pork mince burgers
S - slice of ham & some primula, 4 (eek) boots wafers.. I had a bit of a moment.. whoops.
T - probably fish in butter & green beans
 
Snacks = half a banana (dropped the other half on the floor:mad:)

brekkie; waffles made with carb quick (3g)
decaf coffe and cream
lunch; crab and prawn with lettuce tomato and cucumber
dinner; turkey steak, stuffed mushroom
snacks ;3 mini baby bell, ham and cheese roll up and some l/c choc
snacking has been more than normal today ??? didnt eat all my tea as im still full.
note to self . stop snacking :eek:)

Yesterday went disastrously wrong, I am down in the dumps big time and have no idea how to pick myself up :(

Today:
B- Bacon and Cheese Flax Muffins
L- Chicken and Coleslaw Salad
D- Pork Chops, Eggs and Buttered Leeks.

I'm going to the sweet shop now to get some suck to cheer me up. Someone give me a slap will ya?

Yesterday
B: 2 bacon, 2 eggs
L: Little Gem leaves as wraps with mixed cold ham and chicken and cheese
D: Chicken with creamy garlic mushroom sauce on butternut squash mash

Today
B: Continental stylee - cold meats and cheese
L: As above
D: Pork steaks with other half of my butternut squash but roasted this time
 
Can I join in ?

Today I had:-

Breakfast - ham and cholesterol lowering fake cheese (the fake cheese is nice believe it or not)

Lunch - Salmon fillet with broccoli

Dinner - Steak and broccoli

I am on day 2 of a slight tweaked version of South Beach and doing fine. I'd lost 2lb when I got the scales this morning :)
 
Sounds good to me CC, I'd prefer more veggie variety personally, But I don't know South Beach at all.
