What are we eating today?

Peachy, I dont know if you count them but butternut squash are massivley high in carbs compared to other veg.

Today:
B - 1/2 atkins bar
L - 3eggs scrambled w/ cheese, some left over mushed up pork burger mix, mushrooms, peppers, tomato, onion
S - got my low carb megastore order, so various tiny nibbles of new things
T - Chicken breast stuffed with boursin wrapped in bacon, iceberg, gem, spring onion.

B- crustless quiche (eggs, bit of cream, sausages)
L- small avocado and slice of salmon and ham
D- cauliflower and leek soup and a hamburger patty

I'm happy to hear any thoughts about my menu :)

Snacks today was a babybel and an extra slice of smoked salmon.

(Tescos have oak smoked scottish salmon 400g half price- £5 which makes it the same price as the value salmon trimmings but its much nicer :) )

B: left over meatloaf and cabbage.

Hi everyone, im kinda low carbing NO i am but with 1 CD or W8 pack a day combined for a couple of weeks just to use them up.

Breakfast 2 boiled eggs with butter and a little chicken and some fried mushrooms all mixed in, not your usual mixture but i can assure you it delish!

Lunch Tuna Mayonnaise. lettuce leeks and some cheese and cold meat baked in oven.

Dinner eggs and sausage, 3 eggs mixed in a bowl with a couple of sausages chopped up and baked in oven, leeks and cauliflower.

The one thing I found with Atkins Tracy is how it changes your perception of what you can eat when. I would never have thought of having left over meatloaf for breakfast pre Atkins. Mind, there probably wouldn't have been any leftovers then, they'd have vanished during a midnight snack. :(
 
B: Bacon and Cheese Flax Muffins
L: Chicken and Coleslaw Salad (Made some coleslaw at home yesterday and its bloody gorgeous!).
D: Steak, Eggs and Cabbage.

Haha yeh Jim, i always i love my eggs and cheese when i low carb, guess im lucky as i can eat loads of cheese on Atkins and get away with it, i know from my past experiences that not every one can. I might actually change my dinner to lamb or pork chops.

afternoon,
brekkie; half sero breakfast bar (caramel nut ) eugh!!!! 3/4 gr carb
post run lunch; 3egg omelette made with bacon bits and mushrooms and cheese.and sugar free jelly.
dinner ; baked sea bass and broccoli

later on after a nap 3/4 of a atkins cinammon bar that I nibbled on yesterday
L - 3 sausages, 2eggs, onions, mushrooms, bit of melted cheese
T - Probably fish in butter with green beans again.
