I have now done my first two days on the Atkins and I can't get over how filling it is! Here is what I have eaten - I would welcome feedback if I am eating too much cos it feels like I am! Mon BF: 2-egg omelette with herbs and 30g cheddar plus 70g fried mushrooms L: 120g roast chicken, 140g red cabbage, 12g spring onions & 5 cherry tomatoes made into a crunchy coleslaw with coule of tbsp mayo plus 10 green olives D: 130g salmon fillet, tbsp pesto, 200g broccoli & 120g cauli mixed with 2 tbsp cream cheese and 30g cheddar Snack: 4 lettuce leaves & tuna with mayo
Tue B: 90g spinach, 50g smoked salmon in 2-egg omelette L: coleslaw as yesterday with lettuce leaves, 50g cucumber, 1 egg, 140g prawns and 2 tbsp mayo D: 130g salmon fillet, tbsp pesto, 166g cauli & 236g sprouts mashed with 4 tbsp double cream Snack: 30g cheese
I felt fine today and even did 20 mins on X-trainer and an hours Pilates class! If this carries on - with a great weight loss of course - I shall be very happy!
Ive seen some of you guys mentioning SF jelly. I have Hartleys sugar free jelly crystals - is this the same thing? And are you allowed in on induction and if so, how many carbs in it? Thanks Debi x
debi, SF means Sugar Free so yes i would think its the same

B: 2 cheesey oopsie rolls
L: crustless quiche, 2 slices of pastrami and green salad with a spoon of mayo
D: Beef with broccoli, stif fried in soy, ginger and garlic mmmmmm
The cheeseburger pie was lovely, so much so we ate it all.
B: Poached eggs on brown toasted wholemeal.
L: I'm meeting Colleen for lunch today, I'm looking at a fry up.
D: Smoked Mackerel and steamed spinach and kale.
slipped up a bit last night and had vodka. today as have family over i shall have

L, going to make loads of deevil eggs for a picnic
