Good Morning

B: Left over sausages and beef burgers from the BBQ yesterday.
L: I'm going to nip home, I've put on a few lbs from the weekend's excess so need to eat induction style until it's gone.
D: Steak and steamed veggies.

When you go back to 'unduction' Jim does the weight shift pretty quick? And do you climb back up the rungs once its gone or just go back to your CCL?

I do very strict induction Linz, so yes I can shift 3 or 4lbs in a week, I go straight back to maint as soon as I'm back to posted weight. I always prepare for a blowout by going on induction prior to a known one. I was 4lbs under posted on Saturday morning, but I was 3lb over this morning. So that would probably have been 7lbs up just for one evening out. Shocking isn't it love.

Alot will be water retention tho won't it Jim? Its good to know that once at Maint you can switch to induction after a blow out but the don't have to go back up the rungs again... I guess the rungs are a tool for us to learn our carb tolerence! What is your CCL?

hey sis, the lowest i have found is 1 carb per sausage from tesco. couldnt find the jimmy's sausage.
the ones i get are black farmers. quite expensive but fat and delish

hey back at ya sis! ! carb i could cope with. Im going to be in every shop tomorrow arent i? Sainsburys for the normal shop and holland and barrett, butchers in a different village for meat, tesco in yet another village for sausages. Dont think Oliver will be too happy but i have to take him with me as no one to look after him and im back to work wed and thurs
