I'm back to the lower cal option as I have filled up my glycogen stores this week (no gym and relatively higher carbs than I usually eat because I have felt hungry and fatigued) and don't want to put on any fat...brekkie is strawberry protein shake meal replacement, lunch is a choccie EAS diet meal replacement and din dins will be another choccie meal reaplacement with a small amount of Friday curry, still deciding which one to do although it will be chicken...need to get some yoghurt for the lassi...the chicken curry I did last week wasn't kalia, it was kalio...
