What are we eating today?

morning .
brekki; cheese , bacon and mushroom omelette.
lunch;ceasar salad and chicken , sf jelly and cream.
dinner; prawns and a atkins 1 gr shake
feel uninspired today
snack;tesco deli cumberland sausage

D: It's Friday so it'l be the pub and then a Donner and Onion salad

I'm back to the lower cal option as I have filled up my glycogen stores this week (no gym and relatively higher carbs than I usually eat because I have felt hungry and fatigued) and don't want to put on any fat...brekkie is strawberry protein shake meal replacement, lunch is a choccie EAS diet meal replacement and din dins will be another choccie meal reaplacement with a small amount of Friday curry, still deciding which one to do although it will be chicken...need to get some yoghurt for the lassi...the chicken curry I did last week wasn't kalia, it was kalio...

lunch;out so had a chicken ceasar salad
snacks; 2 slices parma ham with cheese and left over cold prawns.
dinner ; big fat rib eye streak with garlic mushrooms, broccoli and asparagus.

D: Hmm, I think curry again! i just love it. Chicken and spinach this time with some veggies
Evening snack: Half a shake if I need it.
 
B: Cheese Flax Muffins and a thiiiiiiiiiin scrape of no-sugar peanut butter.
L: Bacon and Avocado Salad.
D: Steak Salad.
 
After being on milk shakes for weeks everything is nice, Jools lol

I like the choccy 1`s the best plus they are much lower in carbs. Tesco`s and boots sell plenty

I like the Atkins bars, but they are a tad expensive...compared to other high protein meal replacements (shakes and bars alike)
 
Very true, nexangelus.... But like us, WE ARE WORTH IT!!!!!

Defo, I treat myself once in a while...I like the choc orange one mmmmm...

I'm not in the mood to eat today! Tomorrow I shall shop!
 
B: 2 sausages and 2 scrambled eggs with some flax muffins.
L: Turkey Salad.
D: Beef with Cauli and Broc.
Snacks: Atkins bars, Pork Crunch, More flax muffins...and anything else I can fit in my mouth. Having a hungry couple of days LOL Yesterday I must have had 'snacks' amounting to a whole chicken, 2 packets of scratchings and a couple of mini Cathedral City packets. Can't stop eating!
