meals for today are...
B: Cinnamon MIM with double cream whipped
L: Egg mayo (did have salad but didnt fancy it)
D: 2 gammong steaks, 2 fried eggs, 3 low carb cheese and onion sausages (they were lovely) and 6 mushrooms.
S: Nil carb pork crunch, some peanuts (shouldnt have but couldnt resist)
After this weekend im hoping the 'eat fat to lose fat' theory works!!
