What are we eating today?

Caz - your meringue will be fine. I should have a go at making them but I've never been able to make a decent meringue.

L: MiM with something..............
D: sausages, green veg and cauliflower cheese.
 
if the carb count is low then it's fine Caz.

B: 2 eggs 2 grilled bacon
L: Tuna with mayo, red onion and leaves
D Lamb chops mashed cauliflower and mushrooms
S: Sf jelly, 4 strawberries and cream
few salted peanuts, celery & cream cheese

Hope this is ok? :)
 
Are you on induction Wendy? If so, I would omit the strawberries and the peanuts xx
 
Breakfast: Egg and Cress Flaxmeal Sandwich

Lunch: Crunchy vegetable omelette served with broccoli

Dinner: Dreamfields Macaroni Cheese, cauliflower

D- curried chicken using Pataks madras paste & cream & green salad leaves with ceasar dressing

Don't know about snacks, but we've got SF jelly & cream or some pistachios (I weigh them) or pork scratchings Spoilt for choice.

Lashings of water & going to try a vodka & soda, Neris & India's suggestion :)
 
MMM, peppered mackerel - something else that's been off the menu while I've been Low Fatting. Onto the shopping list it goes!

b - chorizo omlette with sprinkling of cheese
l - chicken drumsticks, green salad, 2 cheddar sticks
d - chicken breasts with bacon & cheese, steamed veggies
sn - not sure, either boiled egg with rest of cheese allowance or pepparami

Hmm, day 3 and I'm not feeling the keto aches at all. *worried* I'll have to see if I've still got some ketosticks knocking about somewhere...
 
Today I've eaten:

Boiled egg and cooked meat salad with mayo and chilli sauce
Scrambled egg with grated chedder cheese

not sure what I'm havin for tea yet, but, the scrambled egg and cheese was absolutely lusssssshhhhhhh, didn't take long at all to prepare and it was so filling!
 
God I love scrambled egg with grated cheese. It's so easy & quick & lush!

L. KFC with out the skin
D. Mine with gravy and lots of veggies

i've had 2 eggs scrambled with a tiny bit cream in for brekkie

lunch , prawns with mayo (heinz mayo ...was delish ) and mixed leaf , 3 slices of cucumber

tea , chicken breast with coriander and lime dressing with spring greens

snack , i had a small bag of porkies and a mini pepperami
 
Just had a bag of pork crunch aswell...bf got me the hot n spicy ones coz they didn't have the normal flavour at the shop :eek: oh my god my mouth is burning!!!
 
hi all.

as i have been moving house for my sis i havent had the chance to eat well....so my version was......

B: 4 sausages from morrisons (they werent low carb i could tell by the texture :( )
L: Kebab meat with mint sauce and mayo
D: mattoesons pork sausage, 2 slices of corned beef, cinnamon MIM and cream

water, red bull and wine

OMG and sleep!!!! LOTS OF

weigh day tomorrow :D
 
I didn't have ham with my pickled egg. Philly on celery instead. Yummy.
My curry type thing was A-MAZ-ING :D
I'm loving this new way of cooking! It still feels as of I'm breaking all the rules, ha.

Scrap the meringues, they were sh*t! Left them in oven overnight as recommended by my recipe, tried them the following day and it was like trying to eat soggy loo roll (not that I've ever eaten soggy loo roll lol :8855:) so they went straight in the bin! Obviously, Splenda is no good for making meringues :D
