What are we eating today?

B: left over pizza
L: Flax BLT sandwich
D: roasted veggies, chorizo & cheddar bake.

L- sausages and cauli mash(made it yesterday for the 1st time, LOVE it!!!)

Today so far

B - Small bit of Mattesons Sausage
L - Chicken Breast, few Prawns, 1 small HB Egg and some salad with lettuce, onion, pepper and cucumber and some mayo

Plan for tonight is either Cheeseburger pie with cauli mash or Shephards pie and mushrooms.

E - Going to go on cross trainer for at least 20mins/100cals later.
W - Aiming for 4 litres and had 1 small Dr Pepper Zero with lunch
 
hi all...im seriously hoping for a loss this week....ive had NO redbull which i think may have stalled me last week as i have NOT cheated at all :) oh well, only another 3 days till weigh day! *eek*

B: MIM with a handful of grated cheese in it (was lovely and moist, ate it in the car on the way to work lol)
L: 2 HB eggs, may, salad, cucumber (have had to drop the onion as it was fiving me heart burn in the afternoon!)
D: Minted lamb ribs, cauli and broccoli and 100ml gravy

S: going to have a cinnamon MIM and cream when watching shameless ;)
water good today....quite a bit
W: 2 glasses :S
 
Get more water down you Missy it'll make a big difference to yr loss too. xxx


i know your right,

i have a bottle at work and fill that up, dont really know how much im drinking but i feel like im drinking all day.

maybe i should get a half pint glass....how many should i drink?

2 pints is roughly a litre. I get those 1 litre bottles of buxton/volvic etc. I've got about 5 of them and I fill them up at the beginning of the day, get through 4 of them before I go to bed and take the 5th one up with me for in the night. I aim to get a litre down me before I go to work so I know I've got one down. Plus with the bottles you know what you've drunk and any extras (tea, coffee, water machine at work) is a bonus.

Well my evening meal plan went to pot. ended up doing loads of errands and didn't get home til 8pm so didn't want big meal so I've picked at bits again for my Dinner. Today actually went like -

B - Small bit of Mattesons Sausage
L - Chicken Breast, few Prawns, 1 small HB Egg and some salad with lettuce, onion, pepper and cucumber and some mayo
S - Small bit of mattesons sausage on my travels (in one piece not chopped so kept getting funny looks from hubby lol ;))
D - Tried asparagus for the first time, had 5 small sticks and made a dip by melting some blue brie and adding a little cream.... yum!
Then had some blackcurrant SF Jelly with some cream

E - Not had much time for cross trainer but done loads of walking round today
W - About 2 litres but will be downing another litre before bed.

B: Porridge and strawberries, first English ones of the season, they weren't nice though.
L: I'm meeting Colleen for lunch today. Big fry up I hope.
D: Danish meat balls, steamed spring cabbage and kale.

b - 2 bacon & 3 scrambled eggs
l - chicken mayo salad
d - I have to eat out tonight too, so not sure. Probably end up having a chicken caesar salad without the dressing or croutons, it usually end up being the only legal thing on the menu...
