Right I have now started adding more carbs, decided to have 40-50g per day, trying to get myself better and so far so good
B- cheese
L- bowl of cauliflower cheese
D- Pork steaks with salad
S- crisps (10.6g) naughty naughty but need to go shopping for nuts!!!
Not doing so well considering I'm supposed to be adding more carbs probably still only had about 20g. Oh well shopping tomorrow, gonna start adding a bowl of high fibre cereal in the morning to up my carbs I miss my cereal and can't stomach anything else in the morning!! lol
Haha I'm gonna try not to eat too many potato based things, but if they are within my limits then I won't feel to bad when I do
You should come off induction I feel better already and still not too hungry either
STOP with the crisps talk. Make your own Vicky. I tried the cleriac ones the other night but couldnt get them to go crispy enough. Parmesan or marmite cheese are lovely.
