I know there arent enough greens today although I do usually have more. I didnt realise that not enough carbs could be a problem though. Ive been trying to keep them down as low as possible to be honest so maybe thats where Im going wrong.
That can be detrimental to yr loss... 20g is really the minimum you should have.. the odd day of 15ish won't hurt too much but you really should get as close to 20 as you can.
The chocolate shouldnt be a problem Jim. Its 85% chocolate so very little else, no sugar alcohols and only 3.5 carbs in 6 squares which is 20g. Also I only recently introduced it having come to the conclusion that the Atkins bars didnt agree with me.

S - Aiming not to have anything but might have little something later like a bit of cold meat etc.

E - Will be 20mins on Cross Trainer and Shake Weight workout.
Tuesday
B - Saus and egg muffin plus some cooked turkey
S - part of my daily mim with butter for a change
L - tuna mayo with green salad
S - another part of mim n butter
D - butter chicken and loads of spring greens
S - finished off my mim with a coffee
W - over 5 litres plus coffees
E - one hour walk with dog (he has been sick so cut it down a bit tonight)
A - nope, not a chance, saving myself for Saturday night
Second day for me and i'm already in Ketosis!! Was well chuffed, however i had to try and hide my metal breath in a lengthy meeting earlier!!

D - Savoury mince with cheese stirred in, cabbage & Broccoli. 5NC

Think im going to have to track my carb differently, the website im using relies on user entred data, some from the US and the UK. I'm worried that some of the data is inaccurate.
