L - Subway spicy italian salad
S - Chocolate pud recipe
D - Pork chops and cauliflower cheese
S - Cucumber and mayo

Jim - a question for you - how do you put actual pictures in your signature - I want to do a before and after like yours but have only managed to put the little one in and it is bugging me!

L - jerk chicken caesar salad. 4.9NC
D - Sweet chilli (hubby thought it was ok) pork steak, brocolli and cauli. 5.6NC

S - 1xsugar free werthers [sp?], jelly & choclate pud. 2.5NC
E - 3 mile run
W - 9 pints

Good morning all

B: Sausage, eggs and bacon.
L: We have a meeting today so crappy, carby finger food.
D: It's Friday, so the pub and then a Donner and salad
 
Friday
B - 2 slices roast ham + 1 saus/egg muffin
L - tuna mayo and green salad
S - half a mim plus fromage frais
D - rump steak and kale tossed in butter and olive oil
S - rest of mim and some double double cream - yummy oh and some strawberries


W - 3-4 litres and 5 coffees so far
A - 3 glasses dry white wine
E - Hour and a qtr on my own walking (dog in kennels for weekend) and I ran the mile again - just over 10 minutes (yes slow I know but I did not stop and I only have very very short legs lol)

Felt awful today too although slightly better than yesterday. Hoping tomorrow is better. Haven't weighed myself yet but my waist seems to have shrunk, I'm starting to feel my ribs again!
 
hi all, my meals today were:

B: matessons smoked sausage

L: strange one - was at a staff meeting today and it was all carby finger food. I was starving so I picked all the ham and the cheese out the middles of the sandwiches and ate the prawn mayo and chicken out the middle of the vol au vents and left all the bread and the pastry cases. I got some awfully strange looks but at least it wasnt too carby lol :D

D: pork loin, garlic mushrooms, brocolli cheese.
 
B - Atkins Bar
L - Tuna Mayo and Cucumber
D - 2 Egg & Mushroom Omlette with 2 Lincolnshire sausages (1c each)

W - 5 litres
E - Shake Weight and Cross Trainer

Ooooooo we love river cobbler too - nice and meaty fish, did you have the plain or the smoked?

It was smoked and very salty, tasted artificial. will try unsmoked next time.

E - none (was suppose to go running this morning but it was peeing with rain)!

Will all good intentions the night before I just can't bring myself to get out of bed half an hour earlier to go on the cross trainer! Half hour more sleep is much nicer option! So have to do it after work instead!
