What are we eating today?

Morning, morning - all good here in Kent today, just off for a swim, have good day everyone!

B - mattesons and scrambled egg.
L - slice cheese
D - Coronation chicken salad

S - None
E - short walk round the village
W - 2 Litres = Litre coke zero
 
Monday

B - egg and saus muffin
S - a couple of slices of roast beef
L - 3 chicken thighs plus lambs lettuce and a little coleslaw
D - Saus, egg, bacon and mushrooms plus spring greens

W - just over 4 litres
E - usual hour plus with dogbert later (1.25)
A - none

Activities, cooking more muffins, grinding flaxmeal and making mim, potting up hanging baskets, washing up, phew, where did the night go?

D - Lasagne from recipe thread

Total net carbs - 19g

Water - 3 litres so far, had few glasses of coke zero also

L: tuna mayo salad
D: Lamb, cauli and greenbeans, gravy

S: 4 slices of ham with philly in, handful of dry roasted nuts and some cheese.

Breakfast: Greek Yogurt (was just not hungry)
Lunch: Raw spinach salad with a cubed roasted chicken breast, table spoon of mayo, 10 grams of cheddar and some parmesan
Dinner: If I'm hungry, bacon and eggs, otherwise a salad.

Tuesday

L - tuna mayo salad
S- 1/4 mim with philly
D - Chicken salad with some pate

Been to give blood tonight so no big walk, done about half an hour in various bits and pieces (walking to gym at lunch time to join and have a look round - induction Thursday morning at 7am - must be mad lol)
W - usual 4/5 litres
A - none - especially not allowed tonight

Sin - packet of 3 bourbon biscuits with a coffee after my donation - think I am allowed it though lol
 
Snap with the bloods Quak though they were only taking tests for mine,... used to give blood but got kicked out as I was rubbish at it - not a fainter or anything I've just got no veins in my arms and when they do eventually find them they only manage to get the minimum out of me as its that slow! Good for you for going though! I'm a huge believer in blood and organ donation and made my husband get a donor card.... he was against it but I said if anything ever happened to him I'd donate his organs anyway so he got one!
 
Yes Cathy, it is a good thing to do if you can. This in my first one since losing the weight so was a little apprehensive but it was fine thank goodness. What are they testing you for (tell me to bog off for being nosy if you want lol, I won't be offended).

Nothing much, I have underactive thyroid so have to have my levels checked every few months. They may have changed with weight loss so may need my dose lowering (hope not as I feel pretty good as I am plus its hard to lose weight with hypothyroid so if they're slightly over it would help)

Plus I'm curious about my cholestrol levels etc as I've been taking my multivitamin and omega 3 so should show a good level x
