Morning all,
I think I have re-trained myself to not over-indulge on all the nice things Atkins has to offer and I lost 2 pounds (one kilo) this week so woohoo!
Today-
B: one egg scrambled with corned beef
L: Salad comprising of lettuce, spinach, one mashed hard-boiled egg, 1 tsp mayo and one tsp olive oil
D: one huge stuffed mushroom
S: sugar free jelly
W: about 3 liters
