What are we eating today?

hi there, is this ok?
atkins bar
steak with garlic prawns & salad(small)
chiken wrapped in bacon with cauli mashed with butter and cheese.
snacks, cheese string.

still getting my head round it. have also drank lots water and 2 cups black coffee but i feel ill , headachy and tired:cry:

looks good, a headache is a good sign for ketosis. watch for the atkins bars, they do stall some people, if you get a loss and your still eating them youll be fine for a while, you may have to avoid them in the future though x

D: sausage, eggs, bacon, mushrooms,

5 pints of water...ENDLESS trips to the soddin loo and 3 vodkas and fizzy
 
Being on holiday I dare not post what I am eating, will pay for it next week I know, but enjoying it anyway lol

Good morning.

B: Fried belly pork slices and left over red cabbage.
L: I'm meeting Colleen for lunch today.
D: Beef and Aubergine casserole.
 
B- 2 boiled eggs
L- Sausages, egg and mushrooms
D- Pork steaks and salad

S- cheese and sf Jelly
W- 3 litres
 
BF - Eggs x 2
Snack - Cheese and Ham roll up
Lunch - Salad and left over chicken/bacon/mozz dinner
Dinner - Out to Pizza Express - have looked at the menu, do you think the Chicken Caesar Salad without croutons would be ok?
 
B: 2 hard boiled eggs in mayo with bacon
L: prawn & tuna salad
D: chicken, left over lamb and cauliflower cheese
S: SF jelly and cream
W: as much as I can
 
ok, yesterday I had beef overload. I must have had just under a pound of beef diced and cooked brilliantly (thanking the chef at my work place) and after going home it felt like I had swallowed 3 big bricks. Had nothing else to eat yesterday.

Today

B: a little cold corned beef on its own, couldnt be bothered to cook a brekkie.
L: possibly salad with 2 small frankfurters, tsp mayo and a chicken breast with pesto and red peppers.
D: if Im hungry I will probably have a big stuffed mushroom, or they will go off in the fridfe :(

fingers crossed I wont go anywhere near nuts LOL

Should be OK, you can't really trust salads out though, it's the same as the supermarket mixed salad thing, they tend to rinse them in salt and sugar water to retain the crispness.

Yesterday I had
B.. 3 egg omlette with cheese with a spring onion
L... MIm slice with cream cheese
D chicken pieces garlic,1 courgette, handful of mushrooms with 2 tablespoons creme fraish or however you spell it!!

Today so far (worked a night shift)
B...3 rashers bacon, 1 sausage, few mushrooms fried in butter scrambled egg

I came over from Lipotrim about 4 days ago and am paranoid about putting it all back on again... so far not lost a thing!!:sigh:

Yes Jo, you need eyes like a hawk with anything processed.

Awww Jim I didnt know that, what am I gonna eat when I go out now????

Salad is my comfort when i go out cos i know no matter where we go I know there will usually be a salad on the menu.

Thats rotten - why cant people just leave food alone and not add unnecessary crap to it, it pees me off - grrrrrrrr!!!! :mad:
 
Have a steak instead. Yes, I know it's bad news isn't it love.
 
I do sometimes Jim, but I usually have it with salad :sigh:
 
B - bacon and rocket salad
L - left over chinese (ribs in a chilli and garlic dressing & roast pork with bean sprouts).
D - Pork belly with coleslaw

S - sugar free sweets, choc & cocconut mim, strawberries and cream
E - 3 mile run
W - 9 pints
 
B: pepperami & pork crunch
L: cheese, salad and pickled onions (3)
D: 2 pork shops and cauliflower cheese (the chops were lovely!)

5/6 pints of water and 3 voddy and fizzy :D
