B - MIM with Pate (Morrisons 4g per tub)
L - Prawn Salad
D - Chicken & Ham Salad (really should be something with veggies but want to use my salad as it is so fresh)
Also have some rhubarb on the hob which I will have later with a little bit of cream.
Tried to mix up my breakfast a bit with the MIM but it was a bit too heavy for me first thing so going to stick to my normal bacon and mushrooms.
Close to 4L water so far with 2 cups of decaff coffee and a large peppermint tea.
