What are we eating today?

Oh bren them burgers sound delish.... Drool... I can imagine the yummy gooey cheese seeping out when you cut into them. Thats it i'm off to get the mince and cheese, nothing less will do me now :)

Oh yes they were, a few herbs, salt and pepper, an egg to bind, oh, and a couple of chopped spring onions. Grilled to perfection with fresh salad - yummy.
 
Back on Atkins today! Finally managed to get my head in the game

B - None really busy
L - Red pepper stuffed with garlic sausage and cheese
D - Mim (my first one :) I'm in love) with philly
S - 4 mini pepperamis and chunk of cheese

Will have more veggies tomorrow promise lol x

Yesterday was:

B: 1 Weetabix with semi skimmed milk
L: Chargrilled chicken and tomato pasta
D: Chicken and vegetable fajhitas

Today was/will be:

B: 2 weetabix with semi skimmed milk
L: 2 left over fajhitas from last nights dinner
D: I have no idea yet, maybe something with fish (freezer's running low)

Love the thread though, given me some great ideas to try :)

Thur 2/9 - Maint
B - 3 slices Mim with cream cheese
S - tuna mayo and cucumber
L - 2 slices oopsie with corned beef, romaine lettuce, cucumber and baby plum tomatoes
S - 2 babybel cheddar if I am peckish - nope - wasn't peckish
D - got some liver and some chicken out the freezer - not sure which way am going with it yet lol=- went to pub instead and had steak and chips and a bottle of white wine

E - hopefully the full 5 miles tonight - oops - just the walk back from the pub - about a mile and a half - maybe a bit more
W -usual 4 + litres and coffees
A - hopefully not - oops see above

Good morning all,

B: 3 x poached eggs on brown toasted wholemeal and a pack of bacon.
L: We have a sales meeting today so probably nothing legal.
D: Well its Friday and I like to live dangerously so first the pub and then a donner and onion salad.
 
Fri 3/9 - Maint
B - 3 slices of mim with mascapone cheese - oooooo yummy - my new fave stuff
L - oopsies with corned beef and a touch of brown sauce
D - must use up the liver and chicken I got out yesterday, still not sure what to do with it - plus some spring greens and broccoli prob

E - really must get a full walk in tonight
W - finishing work at 3 so may not get my full 4 litres in today but will be 3 at least I would think, plus coffees
A - well it is Friday!
 
stuggling with the carb demons

Finding it hard to keep on track keep craving chocolate and have caved in a few times.

D.Chicken cauliflower cabbage broccoli.

Challenge avoid the carb devils temptations LOL.
