L no time (naughty)
T ham salami salad
W 3lts + coffee

Still no oven! have rung to see when its coming and they have said not before the 20th!! thats argos for you i suppose!!
going to go on lindas low carb and see if i can find stuff to do on the hob. sorry to moan :eek:
 
Breakfast: 2 slices of weight with marmite, tea with skimmed milk and danone fat free yoghurt
Lunch: Salmon coated in egg and cous cous, brocolli and boiled potatoes
Dinner: Veg curry
Snack: Apple, muller light cheese cake yoghurt

I hope you arent doing atkins as this would be waaaay wrong ;)

Hello new people (even the ones on weird diets)!

B - 1 scrambled egg with chilli sauce and butter
L - leftover fried chicken
D - chicken thigh, cauli, sprouts x 2, cabbage, broccoli (small portions of all)
S - corned beef (is it national corned beef day or what? Seems to be featuring heavily in the menus today) and mim at bedtime
W - about 1L, plus loads of diet sprite/7up again (prolly 2L - is that too much?) and coffees
E - 0
A - 0
Atkins bars - 0 :talk017:

L-Cinnamon mim with butter - best one I've ever made with a splash of water instead of cream
D-pork steak, baked mushrooms stuffed with philly, stir fry courgette, spring onion and boiled cabbage
S-none yet
W-2l plus coffees
E-putting the kitchen back together and stressing!
 
D. 3 sossies, mushies, 2 eggs n grated cheese
S. Cheesestring
T. Leftover beef stew, celeriac mash with butter, cabbage boiled then butter added

D. 1 x coffee with cream, 2 x coffee with milk (at work so no cream), SF squash, SF energy drink
 
What are mushies? Seen these on a couple of menus

B- 2 sausages & cream cheese omlette, coffee with cream
L- prawns & big salad
D burger, coleslaw & green veg of some kind
W struggling with water but will shoot for 2 litres

Morning all, I weighed in prior to the weekend splurge and I'm down 2 1/2 pounds, should be 3 possibly by tomorrow morning. It's enough. :)

B: Fried bacon lardon's, Mushies (Mushrooms) and scallions.
L: Something legal from the Cafe.
D: Lamb Curry and steamed green leaf veggies

Today so far I've had for breakfast a 'MIM' flatbread with philadelphia, smoked bacon and fried eggs on top...and garlic chicken mayo salad for lunch...tea...hmmm...not sure yet....*heads to recipe thread*
 
Those SW menu's are torture to read cos i love baked beans n tinned toms lol.

T. Not sure yet. Probs 2 egg omlette.
T. (working nights!) Leftover beef stew (again!), celeriac mash with butter
S. Will take cheesestring n chicken bites to work in case i don't get time for the meal i can nom these to see me through

D. SF squash so far. Will have a coffee with cream before work n no doubt a couple of coffees whilst at work to keep me awake thoughout the night. SF energy drink n more squash.
