B- MIM w/ pumkin pie spices a few walnuts and topped with cream cheese

L- Ham, cheese & broccoli omlette & coleslaw

D- Maybe just a vodka martini and low carb "just the cheese" crisps type things?

Fri 8/10 - Maint
B - ff greek yog with flaxmeal, flaxseed and splenda
S - leftover pork loin steak
L - tuna mayo on romaine lettuce leaves
D - thinking steak possibly

E - not sure but there WILL be dancing at least
W - at least 3 litres hopefully
A - it is Friday, is it not?
 
just wanted to do a little trial to see if i have the right idea for when i move to atkins induction

B - omlette with cheese and tomato
L - Chicken, cheese and bacon salad(cucumber,lettuce,peppers) 2 cups in total
D - pork chops with brocolli and cauliflower( 1 cup), sf jelly and cream

water is always 3 litres

B - Fried egg
L - various sliced meats (saving carbs for dinner)
S - two slices of streaky bacon and a little fried chicken
D - I'm going out! Local steakhouse, hope to have steak (obv!) salad (own dressing sachets) and mushrooms or whatever green veg looks likely, and then maybe cheese if I have room for dessert - I don't eat starters.
W - buckets
E - 6 mile run this morning - treadmill which I hate but it was bucketing
A - hope to split a bottle of red with OH, and may fit in a vodka or two afterwards

B. Tea that i didn't get time to eat at work overnight (Beef stew, celeriac mash)
D. SF jelly n cream (when i woke up halfway through sleeping off nights)
T. Sossies, mushies, stirfried cabbage, spring onion n spinach in butter with a blob of philly on top
T x 2 (nights again). Leftover same as T before

S. Taking cheesestring n fridge raiders mini's to work in case no time for T x 2

D. SF squash, 1 x coffee with cream, probs a couple of coffees at work with milk, SF energy drink
 
Today is a bit of an odd day as i'm going to do a night shift at the hospital tonight. My breakfast will be leftovers of my mattesons sausage possibly in an omelette. Lunch tuna salad and tonight i have some pork steaks but not sure what to do with them yet. I used one of the keto sticks this morning too and i'm in ketosis woop woop.

S-pork scratchings whilst waiting for everyone to get home

I had a sausage omelette the other day Foodjunkie. Just sliced it up and heated through in the pan and chucked the egg mix on top. It was lovely.
 
Very slight hangover here. Brilliant night last night though - my friend came off duty at midnight and joined us in the pub for a couple of drinks!

B - 2 corned beef slices, 6 brazils
L - whole tray of smoked salmon roulade, :eek: lettuce and caesar dressing
D - 4 brazils, couple of slices of Jarlsberg, lettuce and caesar dressing (not hungry at all after belly-buster lunch)
S - few sugar-free menthol sweets (v sore throat and sinus thing going on), might have mim for supper
W - on 3rd mug of coffee with light soya will start water soon
E - 0
A - never again (till next weekend anyway) ;)

Edited because what I planned to eat bore no resemblance whatsoever to what actually went in today.

S- calamari, cheese & olives
A- 1 vodka martini & prob. 2 glasses of wine
W- 1.5 litres
 
Mmm Coffee I love haloumi, have some in the fridge but worried I'll scoff the lot :D

B - brunch today, bacon and eggs, 2 soya capps
D - Mattesons (very yummy) and salad
W - not enough
E - about 3 miles! :eek:
A - having a gin and slimline tonic as I type
